Stay far far away from Oakdale dealership. They will sell anything to you just to make money. Left dealership with light on claimed they would fix it. Kept happening couldn't get issue resolved. Took it to Alexandria Vaughn found out was a leaking headgasket. Vaugh 3 months within purchasing a 16k car wouldn't help at all. Quit returning calls called to speak to main office couldn't get a return phone call! Nothing! Wouldn't buy from this lot or company if it was all that I had to shop at. All about sales and nothing on the service side. Even was told by the salesman that the reason the service manager wasn't there was reasons like mine but did not offer 1 penny of help to replace the motor. Crooks!! 100% stay away!

I've moved back without a vehicle to Elton Louisiana after 16 years of being gone I am going to be 64 years old in December. I don't know about BUYING a vehicle, just BELIEVE in people doing the RIGHT thing, till I am SHOWN different. Oct 2, 2020 I needed a vehicle so I called this dealership, Angela was willing to help me, she sounded so TRUSTWORTHY. She said she had the PERFECT car for me 2017 Ford Fusion with 79,196.2 miles on it, it was supposed to have been $20,000 something but she said they brought it down to $17,652. I was to put down $500, if needed, I told her I would put $1,000 down for my notes to be $345 a month but I didn't want to but I would. My credit on Credit Karma says 638 and 637 and it needs work, but this Ford dealership said my credit score was 500 something. I called my friend in Jacksonville Fl. VERY EXCITED about this car. My friend said I just bought me a Ford Fusion a couple months ago with GOOD credit for $17,000. ALWAYS GRATEFUL, how our LORD JESUS works! I felt LED to write this to EXPOSE the INJUSTICE that Angela and whoever was behind this DECEITFUL PRACTICE was/is doing to others when they CAN! They couldn't take ADVANTAGE of me because I am a child of GOD and I do my very BEST walking with our LORD JESUS. Why such TRICKERY when their cups will OVERFLOW if they only do whats RIGHT! Their ACTIONS of GREED needs to be EXPOSED so others aren't MISLED because of their DECEPTION!! My experience ALONE with our LORD JESUS watching over me dealing with VAUGHN FORD DEALERSHIP.

Me, my mom, and my dad went by the dealership just to look at what kind of used trucks they had to offer. Found a truck we really liked and got it (we weren't planning on it today lol). Angela and Joey helped us and they both were very helpful, polite, honest, and fun. I highly recommend going to them for used or new cars or trucks. They made sure I got what I needed and made me feel assured that I would be taken care of if the worst were to happen. Especially being out of state. Can't thank them enough for today.

Just purchased this 2018 GT350 from Vaughn Ford. I live in Texas and did all of the negotiating via phone or email. Thanks to the experience of the team there the whole process was very easy and painless. Wendy in Sales was very responsive and quick to get any answers to questions I had. Will did an excellent job with the Finance and Warranty process. He offered competitive rates/pricing. Harold did a great job delivering the car on time and showed great care to it. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had when purchasing a car.
