Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Placed a web order @11:15 a.m.. Requested pickup @ 12:20 p.m.. on arrival gave name on order. The waiter at the counter went and pulled order off the printer and said it doesn't pay to place online orders because they do not fill the order until customer shows up for pickup. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get my order. Customers that were in line behind me recieved their food and was eating before I was given my food. I do not recommend this Popeyes.

My chicken was old and room temperature service was great young lady at the window was outstanding the only reason I didn't turn around and return the chicken

Wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call about something they forgot to give me. Food is decent, but service is awful

Sevice amazing was greed at the window with a smile. Chicken, hot out the grease.

The customer service is so poor. They left me outside waiting for food for 20 minutes after they told me to pull up. Then when I went inside to ask for my food, they proceeded to catch an attitude and make me wait another 25 minutes. Never been upset with a fast food before. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
