Tried to open an account onlinennA W-9 agreement popped up and unless I agreed, it would not let me proceed.nnStopped in at this location after two negative experiences in a decade at the Jennings location.nnI asked for an explanation as well as informed them that W-9 forms are more closely associated with consultants, contractors, and such...which is not my situation. I have a W-2.nnWas told its just for tax payer information and number.nnFrom my understanding, its not necessary to fill out a W-9 just to have an account with a financial institution(just used to collect customer information). I am done trying to do business with Capitol One...permanently.nnI did make sure to explain to the workers that my irritability was not with them but whomever made these changes. Apologies for any ruffled feathers(speaking to employees just fulfilling their role and trying to live life).

Shortly after coming to this bank from cashing a check and deposit money in the ATM my card gets declined at the gas station down the road because the bank said someone else used my card at the bank. I gave my ID and card to the lady at the front, whom didn't count my money back to me or give me an envelope to put my money in. Not happy at all!!
