Don’t go in for an IPhone battery replacement. They replaced mine with a used battery that was just as bad and they tore my haptic feedback (vibration motor) without telling me. They also dented the phone slightly on the inside. I ended up buying my own parts as well as a new haptic motor to fix my phone. They’re nice and reasonably priced but just know they might mess up your phone due to lack of care.
Awesome service! Needed a new car battery ASAP and stopped at several places before calling Batteries Plus. Pulled up and and the employee had the old battery out and new one in in far less time than any repair shop I have ever visited, and for $50 less than expected. She was knowledgeable, quick, and polite.
Employees were extremely helpful and friendly with my key fob programming and showed me all kinds of products I might be interested in the store.
Everyone was so friendly and so accommodating. I didn’t get an email so they called to make sure that someone reached out to tell me that my order was ready. Kelly even went out of her way to drop off to my job. I decided to go through them because they do business with us. This was my first time doing business with them, but definitely not my last.
Great experience. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Answered all questions and were following covid guidelines.
