I had the two rear tires replaced on my car and one year later went to replace the front ones. I found out that the rear ones were bald in the center after only 12500 miles, due to being overinflated. They inflated to the pressure shown on the tire and not what the car is designed for (which is posted on the car in two different places). But since I didn't have any documentation that I rotated them, they will not warrantee the tires or refund any money. Other discussions I had with people there have made me decide I won't be going there again.
FYI, they can only work with tires purchased from Costco. They were helpful suggesting other places that could do the work though.

Happy with the tires, we bought sets for 2 cars. The price wasn't actually that great. We were given incomplete and inaccurate information about a discount on an alignment that they recommended and that was a hassle. Otherwise they got the job done fine and on time.
These guy are above and beyond helpful! Even when I wasn’t purchasing my tires from them, thier helpfulness and informative nature is top notch. Jacob and Juan where especially engaged in solving my wheel and tire issues.
