Scratch Gourmet Express & Catering

We got to try the meat loaf, a superfood salad with lemon vinaigrette and both a carrot and mocha cake for dessert. The food was incredible! We loved the flavor on the meat loaf and the sauce/glaze added a perfect amount of sweetness to the beef. The salad was beyond expectations! An awesome and unexpected grain was a treat addition. The dressing was perfect - light but packed a great flavor that didn’t overpower the rest of the salad. Cake was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly. We can’t wait to try more!

Food is delicious!! Everything is prepared and looks fantastic. It tastes even better than it looks! Great variety in dishes, as well. Highly recommend for any event or even just for a family meal!

Scratch us not your typical catering operation. Food is far and above the best catering I have had! They have a great variety of food as well making it easy to find someone for everyone!

I had the chance to test run a few of their creations. Scratch is going to be a staple in the PV Shops. Can’t wait for opening! Great owners!

Scratch's food is delicious! We especially love their beef tenderloin (YUM!) and lasagna. Everything we've tried so far is balanced and flavorful, and we can't wait to try more!
