10 out of 10. Professional. Always goes above and beyond. I made the mistake out of convenience/timing to go to a different place; and regret it. Just had my oil changed at Penzoil and it was brought to my attention that the previous oil change place did not change my filter and stripped all the bolts on my skid plate.nJon and his crew went above and beyond to explain the situation and resolve it.nFast. Professional. Expert.nIt's so simple: Changing oil. But so important. Trust is needed and I trust these people 100%.
Came in 15 min before closing. The crew that evening was overly vocal that a customer was there that late. Mostly negative. They changed my oil quickly, I was out in 10 min.nnHowever, for the next 7 days my truck dropped oil. Most likely oil that was drained and left in somewhere under my engine.nnOil leaked all over my driveway and in my garage. A complete mess and stain that will stay forever.
Professional, courteous, and quick. Had my vehicle in and out in 10 to 15 min which was great. $100+ for a synthetic oil change is crazy though. Worth it if you're in a real hurry otherwise I'd recommend shopping around for better prices.
I have worked on cars for 50+ years. I trust these people...competent, friendly and no attempts to sell what I don't want or need.
This place is great! Always very polite and I love the way they call out the steps in their process, it's good to know how far along they are and that they are checking everything from levels to leaks!nKeep up the great work Team!
