Taliaferro Park

Loved improved conditions and equipment....one if our kids Fav parks.

For years now, I have witnessed a diverse population gather for c-ball at meadow lake park. Even before it was meadow lake, it had a crazy name that no one could pronounce or spell and it made it hard to GPS, but still we enjoyed the athletic competition that is c-ball. Some competitors bring there children, who enjoy the playground. I like the playground too, but CBALL is my calling.

It is sometimes packed but.otherwise beautiful.

Love this park and the new equipment! There's also an area with various tree stumps and bridges for the kids to balance and play. A paved trail wraps around a large field. Everyone is always very friendly. This park tends to have a lot of dogs visiting as well, everyone is great keeping pets on leashes. Some people obviously aren't picking up after their larger dogs, that's a bummer! Dog bags are provided. It'd be great to see some type of structure added on the future for restrooms. My kids (for good reason) refuse to use the porter potty. This park is handicap accessible from the parking lot and sidewalks.

It's a nice small park with ample shade
