I love this gym. The focus on functional movement and on listening to your body and doing what's best for you makes it less intimidating and more likely to produce results. The workouts are great, but mostly it's the culture that makes it worthwhile. Everyone--from the owner to the coaches to the members--is kind, helpful, and supportive. While there is a healthy sense of competition, it really feels like everyone wants everyone else to succeed, and they're glad to cheer you on and make it possible. The gym also takes the pandemic seriously, which is a huge relief.

If you're in the neighborhood, it's a good spot to get your lift on for a quick drop-in session. Coaches are good and the workouts are as expected. Personally, I've been a member for a couple of years now, and really the community is what makes it different than the big-box gyms in the neighborhood. Worth it.

I have been a member at this box for about a year and a half now. I love the community they provide. The coaches are great and help push you to be better while keeping you safe as well. Definitely recommend dropping in for a class!
