Great Experience here purchasing our first travel trailer! Casey our salesman was very friendly and not too pushy. We ended up getting a 2021 Dutchman Kodiak and love it. During load out, a young man named Griff helped us and he was very thorough explaining the different items on the trailer as well as helping get the trailer loaded up with the stabilizer! Also to note everyone in the process was very friendly. Would recommend! Thanks Team

Krissy Foster was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire sales, parts and service team was wonderful and made our buying experience enjoyable. The icing on the cake was to see that Floyd's RV gives customers a goody bag with the purchase of an RV/trailer that includes a Bible. Kudos for promoting the Gospel and showing your faith in business!nnWe flew down from Alaska to purchase this trailer and got to break it in on the 4100 mile trip back home. My husband and I came in to look at travel trailers. Although we are waiting for our home to sell we decided to start our search. We had an absolute blast! The whole experience was so much fun! Jamie Lara was our salesman and made this something we will not forget! We have never laughed so hard and continued laughing on the way home once we had left! He made it all worth it! If only everything was this much fun when looking to buy! Everyone was so nice and polite! Jamie and Floyds have earned our business!

Great experience, from initial contact with Laura and then our salesperson Chris Stevens. They took care of us and made sure all of our questions were answered. I hope I will never need another trailer but if I do I will be looking for Laura and Chris again. I just went through my finalization process in the service area. True to form, it was a stellar process. I need to call out Noel and Traci. They were both super helpful and gave me additional confidence that I made the correct decision to purchase my travel trailer at Floyd's RV. My experience continues, I went in to check my trailer pre-pickup and was helped by Avery, great guy. Also checked in at main desk and Megan was so helpful as always. The place is so much fun.nnWell we picked up our trailer and I dealt with Joe and Griff. Joe was our service advisor and was very helpful. Griff put the new load leveling hitch on and was a pleasure to work with. When we got our location and were having trouble with our AC. Griff offered to comedown after he got off work to help me. It would have been a three hour round trip for him. Although I really appreciated his dedication to customer service I declined his offer. I think Floyd's RV service department is second to none.

Buddy Dunn is a genuine con man. I will tell everyone to avoid this place. Thanks for nothin Tubby Buddy!
