The timing for this reopening is perfect. The remodelling is stunning. The food is as good as it ever has been. The fresh bread and olive oil dip is an outstanding choice to make. The service is very young and enthusiastic. This is a go to place.

Awesome food great service very polite. Owner is a great person comes and talks to you as your enjoying your time there. Very happy there back open you get a chance to go eat there you will not be dissatisfied!

Stood outside for an hour to get seated so went to Pizza Time and got served right away. Didn’t mind waiting, but they didn’t seem concerned with seating me over the more vocal regulars

Atmosphere is great. Table cloths and napkins and candlelight. Food was ok but not particularly outstanding. Just nice to have a place in Ottawa for a quiet dinner without 5 televisions blaring sporting events. We will definitely go back. Not that we don't appreciate those other places but wonderful to have a choice.

The cream sauces are made to order. Their tomato sauces are slow simmered for hours. The food is perfectly seasoned.nnThe only complaint I have ever had with Luigi's is the service. Quite often the lack of wait staff is the reason a 30 minute visit turns into an hour long meal. I have seen people wait for minutes to be recognized so they can get a seat.nnHowever, all of that wait time is tolerable when I get food as good as what comes out of the kitchen.
