Ooltewah TN 11/13 After sitting in the drive thru 20 minutes (block where you can't escape)nRude lady grabbed money and shoved food out window.nI commented I was sorry they were so backed up but that was no reason to be rude and she told me if I didn't like it not to come back and then told me I was fool.nCalled corporate and hung up 30 min later

Their Sign says CLOSED for REMODELING, but been since Jan. 2020 . You could have knocked down the BUILDING and built a NEW one in 11 months. WHAT IS GOING ON ?????

Always good here. Depending on what you get. I am a bacon fan so the baconator is the best thing I think. You can never go wrong with bacon. This place is always clean. The staff could be a little more customer friendly.
