First time going into a Wells Fargo bank and the service was great. Very friendly and helpful employees. Glad I made the switch to Wells Fargo.
Wonderful people/staff at this location. We are very pleased with the service and services offered. Very professional and always willing to bend over backwards to help.
Overall experience was good - one issue is the hours are listed incorrectly on the Google site, we went to the bank at 8:30am and they did not open until 9. We advised the staff of the listed time, they advised of the correct 9:00a time. We came back at 9:00am to be greeted by the snippy staff member advising us that the Wells Fargo website has the correct hours. Our teller, Angela, provided excellent service but we left with a bad taste in our mouths due to the snippy-make sure to correct us-attitude of the initial staff person (did not get her name). We were not the only ones who found the incorrect time.
Brannen Gott, ignored me and didn't help after waiting for over 30 minutes.
I drove down from Green Bay and stopped at the Pewaukee location because I needed paperwork for some banking in Watertown. At 11:40am, I was told the banker was on lunch and wouldn’t be back for 30 minutes. I already had an appointment set up with my agent in Watertown at 1. So now what? They said they were short staffed and there was nothing they could do. So now I have to wait for a half hour and try to get to Watertown with not the greatest roads. Only bonus is that it’s next to a coffee shop to wait at.
