So I just paid $36 and STILL did not get what I ordered. They were out of everything, including the chicken sandwich that is being pushed by marketing and no Pepsi, Dr. Pepper or sweet tea. I settled on tender meals and said TWICE I wanted fries when I saw they rang up mashed potatoes..guess what I got?! Not fries! Very high priced, poorly stocked and wound up having to get to Checkers for fries!!!

While the food is good...... I've never once experienced good service here. The wait is always long even if you're the only one in line. The cashiers are not friendly, seems more like you're a bother to them. It's very disappointing, I'd go more but I dread the service.

This location is the absolute worst. It's usually not what I ordered, I go back with the receipt in hand and still have to argue to get what I paid for. Speaking with the female manager confirms why the employee wasn't able to take a simple order. Each visit the experience gets worse. This was the final visit. Needless to say I left without making an order. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN LESS THAN ONE STAR , IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WELL DESERVED.

The lady at the drive through was rude as hell. In the middle of our order she cut us off and wouldn't even let my husband order his food. When we got to the window she never gave us the opportunity to even correct her and closed the window. I will NEVER come here again.

Can't go wrong with Popeyes. Everything was fresh and hot. In line 5mins 1st time. Usually in line 20mins. Happy camper today
