Let me start off by saying the outside is alot nicer than the inside. The service was poor. Me and my wife waited probably 15 minutes at the door before anyone acknowledged us and getting seated and they weren't all that busy. This place does have roaches we noticed as well but the food was pretty good as was the margaritas.
At one time this was my favorite place to dine in. Then I had some problems a couple nights. Swore off of it for a good few months. Back to enjoying it again as the food really is good and the staff is great. Problem I had was with what I assumed was a manager. They were short staffed one night and they asked me how everything was. Matter of factly but not rudely I said service was a little slow and rough. He then wanted to argue with me about it. It wasn't our waitress' fault that she didn't have any support but it made for a bad customer experience and he asked so I told him...
I think, that the food was excellent and the service was great. But the place was packed a little closer than is healthy in these times. But, it was a nice nice night, made better by my beautiful friend and I renewing our friendship!
Ricardo is our favorite server because of the live energy and jokes he brings. He turns a simple dinner into an experience like we're over at a friend's house instead of a restautant.
Was not very impressed. Took a while for them to get our order for drinks and food. Seemed like they may have been busier than they are used to. Went there around 2 so was able to order off of the lunch menu. Husband and son was really happy with there food. My food came cold. Let them know and they took my plate and just reheated it rather than remaking it. Asked them to remake it and they brought a new plate nice and hot but really lacked in flavor. Son had to waive a waiter down to get a refill on his drink. On our way out we saw a bug running across the floor. Plus side was they had a good price on there drinks and some of the staff seemed nice. Wouldnt return after that though.
