WOW.......I can't even believe what I dealt with for my first time. I'm from Philly so me and my son wanted to try their hoagie and cheese steaks. I had read reviews on the nasty customer service but most of the reviews were great about the food. So I thought going in ordering and leaving would be great. However, we go in tonight for the first time. My son ordered a cheese steak. And he asked for jalapenos on the side. The cashier had to ask and the woman she asked told her yes but for .25¢ extra for her aggravation. I know I heard her and was going to continue to order but then the city came back into me and said why would I ever order from here with such disrespect. I sure did show out cause I have never been so disrespected in my life and went to my favorite place so far which is highway 55 where the food is good and customer service is excellent. And the manager on duty at Michael's definitely didn't handle it correctly. So I will be trying to go up further with this because I don't understand it. Disgraceful I thought down south was supposed to be better than that. No home training apparently.

One of my favorite places to eat in Waycross. It's not what it used to be but it's still good. Please bring back the veggie sticks! And the hamburger steak. Y'all used to have the best pizza sub back in the day!! That was 20 years ago!

Absolutely no social distancing, every table was full and not spaced out. Only one staff member was wearing their mask, even when talking to customers. No sanitation being conducted after tables were empty. Please make an attempt to promote health and safety.

Did not have a good experience with them they was very rude. I called them nine times never no answer. So I went up there to talked to a girl name Brittany which was very rude spoke with the manager was rude as. I asked for the main manager number or someone I can make a complaint.They said they didn't have a number to nobody. After I said something about the phone not being answered they then stated answering the phone. I will not be returning back until I can speak with upper management. If anyone have a number I can call please let me know...
