The staff during our visit was friendly and the smoothies was tasty. However, the staff did not use the requested ingredients in our smoothies. Overall, we would patronize this location again but it would not be our first choice for a smoothie if we are in the area again.

First, I Googled Smoothie King because I and my three children were going to the park downtown to our surprise there is one. My 16 year old and I go in and we stand by the door their are 3 woman behind the counter NO one spoke, no hello no Welcome to smoothie king nothing. I stated, I know what I want 2 times no one spoke to us I had to ask where to order she said down here. So I went down there I said I want a 32 ounce Surf and 2 20 ounce surf my daughter ordered a 20 ounce Immune mixed berry. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt I originally said no than I walked out took 10 steps thought about it and went back and told my daughter to get my receipt. To my surprise My 32 ounce smoothie wasn't with the others but it wasn't on my receipt either my daughter said she didn't even thank her or say anything she stood at the register not knowing where to pick them up. Walked to thw door and noticed that they were waiting at the end of the counter by the door. We could have spent 20 bucks at McDonald's and got better customer service than we did tonight. I am at the park sitting doing a review because of our experience with smoothie king if it weren't for my children and thier happiness I would've returned them and asked for a refund.

Great service, friendly staff and awesome food. Lots of verity on the menu! Had immune builder Veggie superfood and it was fantastic in taste and freshness... Highly recommended..ud83dudc4dud83cudffc Good stuff team smoothie king...

Everything is great here, always have a good experience... except today, having gotten 2 smoothies, one fell out of my cup holder while I was turning and now my floorboard is green and I’m down one. Please give paper cup holders to anyone picking up smoothies that have more than one. Thank you.
