Unfortunately the management and their customer service skills were lacking when we ordered tonight. We ordered a half garden half pepperoni pizza along with two other pizzas and an order of wings. The half garden half pepperoni was all garden with pepperoni on it. Honest kitchen mistake, translation mistake, but an honest mistake. Upon driving to pick the order up and driving home, we noticed the error. We called back, they said they would fix it, and thought that was the end. In fact, the restaurant called us back to inform us that they would not remake the pizza for us tonight, but would do it for another days order. Having family in from outside the continental US for the night, we literally just wanted a simple pepperoni pizza, a two dollar make if that. But they said they wouldn't make us one. We won't be patronizing this establishment again, not for the mistake, but for the atrociously rude and incompetent customer service. We order out at least once a week from this place, it is a tradition within our large family. It is also a tragedy for a company to make such good food but to allow such a barbaric excuse for hospitality and communication within the management there. I would leave less than one star, and even that would be too generous.

Place an order for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered since I was alone with the kids and they never made it. Called and spoke with Andrew or James and they said even though it had been over an hour the pizzas were still warm (after sitting an hour) but the delivery was still 20-30 minutes away. Then was placed on hold for over 10 minutes to be forgotten about. Almost 2 minutes of my life wasted. Will never eat there again, I’d rather eat a frozen Totinos then put up with that type of customer service

We have been ordering from Marcos east ridge since they opened...we love their food..only problem we have had was pizza wasn't hot a couple of times but trust me that has happened at other pizza places many times... keep up the good work Marcos

One star is too kind, but FAR too generous. Getting your order right is their last concern and customer service is at THE BOTTOM of their priority list. I'd love to go into detail about the low life scum that runs this joint but frankly I have better things to do with my time. They however, don't. I think they go out of their way(?) to make bad food, but then again, it's probably just their sheer incompetence. Don't bother talking to their manager. He/she will just delight in telling you the variety of ways in which you should shove it. I sincerely hope someone from corporate sees this and cleans the place up. I love marco's, but there isn't a snowballs chance in hell that anyone loves this place. Sincerely, I hope you go out of business.
