Look. It’s Dominoes. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Did I truly receive a 4 star experience? Not really. Did everyone working there have a general disposition that gave me the impression they could keel over at any moment? Yes. But it’s dominoes. They don’t get paid enough to act happy and while that’s criminal, it’s understandable for them to react accordingly. The pizzas I’ve gotten here have been good pizzas on the “is this a dominoes pizza” scale of one to yes. That’s all you should reasonably expect from any dominoes so they get 4 stars from me.
Great service and very polite. there was a mistake on my last order and they called two different times to replace it. Finally ordered the replacement and it was great thank you for your great customer service. Will definitely still order from you again.
We live in a VERY difficult to find place, the delivery driver Jason was the greatest, he was VERY kind and polite. That's not the end of the review... the carvana chicken bread bowl was the BEST I have ever eaten! Thank you East Ridge Domino's!!!
Unable to eat the pizza. It was so greasy the entire bottom of the box was soggy. Also they had used some kind of garlic salt all over the top of the pacific veggie pizza. Have ordered this pizza at other locations & never seen such a gross mess. I live in Ringgold otherwise I would have driven right back to return the pizza. Disappointing.
