One of my worst experience! First let me say they are expensive! Secondly they delivered the wrong food to me and I have severe food allergies. They brought me someone’s else’s food and wanted to come get it back and take it to the correct customer. So it possible your food has been in someone else’s house. Absolutely nasty! I have reported them to the health department. Oh and by they way, the food smelt like cigarettes!nnUPDATE: I did call and they claimed they could not find me in the system. But I have a credit card receipt. Weird!
I have ordered from dinner delivered a lot! The last 2 times my order was completely wrong. Literally not one thing I ordered was in there. This has never happened so I had hopes they would make it right. Nope! The first time they gave me my money back but the second time they refused. I informed them if they would just give me my money back I would just go on my way and not order from them again. I'm talking 70 dollars here!!! I have called multiple times and also emailed the general manager, no word back. I have now deleted the app and have started using door dash! I will absolutely starve before I ever order from this company again! Horrible customer service! May I also throw in, I've owned a cleaning business for 9 years, I would never treat a client the way they have me! I would be ashamed!

Terrible customer service!! The dispatchers are TRASH
Chris and staff treated me and my family terribly. Staff called me inpatient after I was promised food within a hour after messing up first order then a lady laughed and said he driver ate it. No customer service here.
