This place is dishonest to me. They sold me a truck with no heater core. They knew it but I didn't until after I purchased it.nnThe owner said he knew it but forgot to disclose the information to me. However, he said he'll fix it.nnThey lie too. They lied to my credit card company so they can rob me.nnAfter putting the heater core in. The mechanics forgot to tighten the holes and replacing the belt properly.nnI asked before picking up the truck if everything was good to go. If everything is put back together because I have a 2 hour drive back home.nnThey say yes good to go. A hour into the drive the vehicle over heats in the middle of nowhere deep in the country.nnHowever I called them back and they came out anndroved it a block or two up the road onto a tow truck and towed it back to the dealership.nA week later they said the engine is shot.nnI have to pay $1500.00 to get it fixed. Or they will give me half my money back and they'll keep the truck. So they will buy it back at half of what I paid of $4400.00nnThey damaged my truck and should be responsible for fixing it. The owner finally gave me $3400.00 of my money and and I took $974.40 back which I paid with my credit card.nnThey have been fighting me for four months back and forth with the card company. I will continue to fight for my $974.40nnI'm black and don't have the money for them to rob me out of. I have it hard enough. They had my money tied up for 20 days and now still trying to rob me.nnI rather go fight this in court.

I asked for a tune up and an oil change then got a call later stating the computer tested I also needed an 02 sensor which I agreed for them to go ahead and put it on not knowing I was charged for the computer test I didn't ask for my bill was already over 500 dollars then and now looking at my bill I can't understand why the labor was 400.00 and the parts 187.00 this is too outstanding. I really needed my daughter car fixed but didn't know it would be take this much to do it. I think I should be reimbursed for the computer testing cause it seems like something to make my bill much higher and I thought the filter was also included in the with the tune up which was also later called and added to the bill. Next time I will ask the price before I get any work done. Needing to find a mechanic who won't year my head off.

Every part of the buying experience was awesome! I have bought a good number of cars through my life, and four of them being cash buys (including this one). Dawn with Custom Performance was the best experience out of all of them! Thanks to Dawn I was able to get my toy, one of my dream cars...a Porsche Boxster!!! I highly recommend doing business with this place...plus they have a full service repair/work shop right next door!
