I have always loved the times I have been there, to go canoeing. Staff was always helpful, & accommodating. Although this time I just Stopped to take photos of the River, & Birds. It's alwaysbonebof the most Beautiful stops, on my trips from N. Ga. to My Home in S. Ga.
Not only is this a beautiful place, but it's owned and operated by the sweetest people you'll ever meet... Truly a family oriented, peaceful, and majestic place to visit or call home!
We had such a great experience here we'll be back every year. Kind, caring people,we miss them all. If all people would be so kind it would a Blessed World
The transport guys are nice and attentive and do their job well. However the ladies who run it are a little much. It was a very sub par float, the Chattahoochee is MUCH better and worth the drive or the Ocmulgee river near Macon. Both wayyy better. This float is 15$ with or without a float which is absolutely crazy. The float took 30 minutes if you don’t find a place to stop and hang and there are hardly any places to just stop and “hang”nHonestly 2/5 stars is very kind rating because 0 outta 10 recommend.
This place always makes me feel like I'm family with the comforts of home!
