Sisu Sauna Studios is very conveniently located off of Market Street and has a very aesthetic appeal on the inside! Unfortunately, the management of the space is beyond horrible. My wife and I signed up for the Three-Month 4 Pass Plan, and we have been less than pleased with how the business treats its custom. To start, the front desk never answers their phone and the voicemail has been full since we started. Also, we’ve booked sessions and no one was there to let us in and there were others waiting as well. Overall, it’s not worth the money this place charges.

Update: They are open on Mondays sometimes and I was able to go to the appointment I booked.nnI always call multiple times before leaving the house just to make sure they will be there. Can’t stress enough how you should call a lot. I have to give benefit of the doubt that there's probably things going on that the public doesn't see, however like others have said the mgmt can be unorganized. If things change, I will gladly continue to update this review. Until then, always hold businesses accountable.nnThe pros: The space is very clean and cute. The pods are really relaxing.

As others have said — super disappointed with the management. I love the infrared sauna but it’s simply not worth it after driving from Cleveland only to find the doors locked for my confirmed appointment on multiple occasions.nnI understand life happens and let the first time go but it’s simply unacceptable to not inform your confirmed appointments that no one will be at the shop.nnI’ve also tried canceling my membership on multiple occasions only to keep getting charged.

This space is great, it’s relaxing and a great concept overall. HOWEVER, This does not excuse bad customer service, which unfortunately I have experienced a multitude of times. They have no-showed on our confirmed appointments with the doors locked, left us hanging by not answering our calls and I'm also not able to leave a voicemail because the mailbox has been full since I started going *and* they have charged us when we were not supposed to be charged, despite giving plenty of time to cancel my 3 month membership, I was charged for a 4th month. Again, This has happened about 4 times now and I had hopes things would get better, but it’s not looking like it. Rather upsetting.

Still being ignored by the owner. Contacted the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get a refund. I’m shocked that the owner Ashlan would allow a $125 refund cause this much negative attention to her business. Facebook reviews show that multiple people have had the same experience.nnBook appointment. Show up. Doors locked. No notification. No refund. She’s stealing.nnud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f
