I started my journey at Rambo PT two years ago. I was overweight and was coming off my third knee surgery. In this time, I’ve learned a lot about my health and body while also getting excellent results. Rambo genuinely cares about your health and truly understands that fitness and healthy living is a journey. One thing that I’ve really appreciated about working with Rambo is that he focuses on teaching the fundamentals in order to achieve long lasting results for living a healthy lifestyle instead of just quick fixes. He works with all his clients to form a solid base and to create a program that is tailored specifically to them. I would 100% recommend to a friend or just anyone who wants to improve their health.

I've been training for almost 20 years. It wasn't until I started at Rambo P.T. 16 months ago that my journey to truly get in shape started. I am now stronger and more fit than I have ever been. Rambo creates a individualized training program for everyone and then teaches you how to lift safely. I highly recommend Rambo P.T. and I am still an active member so I will see you there.

Rambo is always patient and he always goes the extra mile to make sure you learn the right way. I’ve been with him a few months now and I’ve seen a substantial amount of progress in my endurance and muscle growth. I’d be lost without him, highly recommended.

The trainer Ramsey is excellent. You tell he what you want to do rather it's to lose some weight or to gain muscle and he will come up with tons of workout routines to help you with your goal. He is also a nutritional expert. He can tell you all the best and the most health foods to eat and all the best places you can get them. He will also help you with a weight lose program. He can design a chart for you ,to help you lose weight, that list all the good foods to eat and how much of each type of food you should be eating each day to help keep you on schedule. He also knows all the best foods and products to use in order to add a little protein and vitamins to your routine for the people looking to gain muscle.
