This place is awful. I love BK hamburgers. Don’t waste your time going here. Food is ALWAYS COLD AND TASTES LIKE ITS YESTERDAYS FOOD!!

I said no mayo, the burger was slathered with it., I had to throw it away. and the rings were cold.

The food is always cold. Never fresh! It’s usually no one else in line so I guess they just grab whatever is available and throw it in the bag instead of making it fresh. The manager could care less so don’t bother voicing your concerns. Use that energy finding a different place to eat.

This location manages to mess up my order every time. Get charged for all my food but there is always something missing. Drive thru is rude as well like they don’t want to do their job and I am an inconvenience for wanting to get food from there.
