Nice staff. Messed up our pizza. Fixed it in a jiffy. Gave us free breads ticks. Very nice staff
I love Rocky’s, favorite pizza place, but every time I go to this location, there’s an issue. I’ve gotten a total of 5 Large Pizzas from this location on 2 different occasions and 3 of them were burnt. We ordered a large pepperoni, it was burnt. Called to complain & they gave us another pizza, that pizza TOO was burnt. Called again, offered another pizza and finally got it right. That’s 3 trips to New Berlin for a pizza. And just a couple days ago, we order 2 Large Pizzas. The sausage pizza was fine but the pepperoni was once again, burnt. I didn’t even bother calling this time. I don’t understand how you can continue to burn the pizzas when you have to check them before you box them up. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
Great pizza. I've been a fan since they opened in Madison in 1974.
Delicious pizza, customer service is good. Sad about the missing Salad bar but with all the Covid panic, I suppose it's to be expected, even though it's clearly a silly, knee-jerk decision unfounded by reality.
I had pizza and salad. I like when you can build the salad yourself. I have been to this Rock's before and the fixings are usually fresh. Their pizza was also very good. The people working there always seem to be friendly and accomodating. It is a nice quiet place to eat.
