Great experience buying my new 2020 Ram the sales team treated me great. Service after buying has been less than desirable. I spent thousands on aftermarket upgrades thinking they were experts. My mistake the service side rushed my truck. I have taken it back 4 times in 6 weeks. All because they didn't want to do the job right the first time. If it wasn't for the sales team walker jones would get no stars.

I've bought 2 Jeeps from here and have had exceptional service both times. Charles made the buying process a breeze and was very upfront about everything and responded to all emails during the process in a prompt manner. We will continue to do business with them personally and recommend our friends there as well.

Went on 4/4/20 on an appointment to look at a few SUVs finally settled on a 2020 Buick Encore. My credit score was great but since I don’t have enough open credit I couldn’t get it for the price I wanted. That was fine we left cause I wasn’t comfortable with the price. Then I received a phone call and text about coming again to look at a 2016 Jeep Cherokee where the sales rep said, “ Good afternoon McKenzie, Rhett says we can get to your goal of 300.month on this Jeep Cherokee. It is a 2016 with 38,000. miles. The Cherokee qualifies for the free lifetime powertrain warranty. Come see me and let's drive it. Thanks” I then drove an hour to go test drive the car and everything was great. Sales Rep then came and said the payment was $321. I told him how he said the payment would be $300 and he denied it and said that he told me they would try. I showed him the text and he still said that he was informed they would try to reach $300. So he said he would go back in and try to get us to the $300 we asked if they would run my credit with doing this and they said no. He goes back in to let them know and around 10-15 minutes later the manager comes out and informs us the lowest they could do is now $389. We tell him how we were told $300 and they didn’t seem to care about how we drove an hour because of a promised deal. We leave and I have received 5 emails about how my credit was ran today and it has went down 14 points. So not only did they lie about the $300 they also lied about not running my credit today. I will not be back.

Great service and fair prices

Was trying to bid out buying from some dealership reach out to them refused to give me a price unless I give them the price from other dealership and then would not answer my text do NOT buy from this dealership or Keith
