I called in and made and appointment drop my car off yesterday morning on 925 am march 30nI have not gotten 1 courtesy call to let me know what s going on and anything at all its now march 31 230 pm ...customer service is exactly how it sounds some people really shouldn't be in customer svc...each customer should be treated as the only customer I thinks its ridiculous to have to email a general manager that doesn't reply or have to result to things like this is sad
You have to use coupon to receive advertised price. When service was completed was handed keys and had to locate vehicle with remote, after locating vehicle had to remove plastic and paper to drive. My Chevrolet app maintenance schedule and dealer's maintenance schedule is not consistent for transmission fluid change.
Brand new 2020 GMC AT4 4x4 hasn’t worked since day one. They have worked on it 3 times in last 2 months. I was told by Brad Guess, service manager I didn’t buy it from them he wasn’t doing anything extra to solve the problem. I was just going have to deal with trial and error at this point we would get it eventually. I had to walk 2 miles with my two 9 year olds in the freezing cold at night to get a tractor to pull me out of wet grass because I DIDN’T BUY IT FROM THEM ! Was told if I wanted to lemon law it that wasn’t his problem that was between me and GMC.
