I have UnitedHealthcare and VA health insurance I made an appointment online for a covid-19 test because I came in contact with someone who tested positive and my sister is on hospice they tied up my entire day and I never received a covid-19 test. It was such an inconvenience they never apologized or anyting they even called me back and had me return after being up there over three hours had me return saying that my paperwork was good my insurance approved everything and I was on the phone with my insurance all for them to tell me that my paperwork would not print out 7 hours today they held me up and I never received a test they are incompetent at this location do not go there I have filed a complaint with CVS about this location

Great pharmacy and pharmacist will most definitely recommend them
Very friendly and professional staff! You have to wait awhile but it gives you time to do some shopping. Their pharmacy staff is the best in Tenn. and N. Ga. Other pharmacies could learn customer service from them.
