I am so pleased with my experience at Mtn View Chevy. DERRICK was a phenomenal help to get me in a truck, even staying late after hours and being the last purchase of the year 2020. I can’t explain my gratitude to the staff for baring with me staying late and having an amazing attitude throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend if your are looking for a vehicle this is the place to come! You won’t be disappointed. By far my BEST experience purchasing my vehicle. I can’t thank the staff enough. Very friendly, professional staff. I had the pleasure of working with Derrick Parker. He was the best; very helpful and professional. He made the whole car buying experience easy and fun. This dealership seems to be a well oiled machine. They work hard to help you find and purchase what you’re looking for. I’m a happy customer. I will be referring all I know to this dealership.

There is always an atmosphere of professionalism and everyone offering to help. Very friendly associates, which is greatly appreciated. I receive an oil change, and left to go home, heard and unusual noise from my rear tire on driver's side. Returned to dealership, an associate asked me to back the car slowly so he could check, he found a wire had attached itself to my tire, on my way home and removed it. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but would like to thank him, again.nnThank you,nnMary Reed

Both my neighbor and I brought our Chevrolets to you at different times, for maintenance and both of us were quoted a high price for repairs. Once we both researched, we found the repairs to be under warranty. Too much of a coincidence to happen twice in the same neighborhood. We like the convenience of your service dept. but it is lacking. Jeff was very nice as was Scott, but even though I can walk home I will not come back. 50% of the time you don't even answer your phones. For you all not to check to see if something is under warranty and make the customer tell you that it is, makes me really wonder who is running the show over there. I have gotten 2 emails now from you all encouraging me to buy a new car. How about putting that energy into your service department?

My 2018 Chevy Blazer was getting water in the floorboards. I scheduled the service with Jeff and brought the car in. Jeff was very polite and kept me well informed of the process that was happening with my vehicle. After seeing that my vehicle was taking longer than expected, Jeff called with a loaner vehicle for me to use. Jeff took everything out of my vehicle and placed it in the loaner and had me ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Jeff went above and beyond professionalism and considerate. Thank you Jeff.
