Food is awesome, staff is nice but this is the 2nd that when I call to make an order that I am put on hold for 10mins and forgotten about. The girl just puts down the phone and I can hear everything. Every customer she deals with or none at all because I can also hear the conversations she has with the other staff. Very unprofessional...
