This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. You have to wait in line to have them take your order. You then pay and have to pull away from window to wait more for them to bring you your order. If you are lucky you might actually get everything. 8 out of 10 times something is missing. When you do actually get your food something is probably wrong. 9 out of 10 times the order has been messed up. The food is rarely ever warm and delicious. How can food be cold if you have to wait on them to make it. Burger King should pull their franchise. This place is only screwing up their reputation.
Slow service. The food is never hot it's warm at best. I don't recommend this place. I won't be going back unless I hear the food and service have improved.
I waited in drive through line for forever before the occupant of the car ahead of me got to place an order. I had to wait 2 more minutes before I could order. I had to repeat my order three times and it was still made wrong. I wonder how much the manager makes to supervise such a sorry crew ?
I sat in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes with 3 cars in line, and was asked to pull up for a simple chicken nugget order. My nuggets were COLD! The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.
Very poor customer service. They don't honor digital gift cards. Their employees don't know how to use pos systems. It is shameful they are not trained correctly. To top it all off order was very simple and yet completely wrong.
