Food is delicious & staff is very friendly & my call in order was ready when I arrived

Over the last 5 years I have visited them occasionally and had great service and great food. The last 2 visits (once in November and once in December)have been horrible. They were not busy either time only 2 or 3 tables of patrons including my wife and I. I sat at my table for over 20 minutes each time before even being acknowledged. The most recent visit she took my water to refill it and never returned with it. While in their place of establishment, they seem like they care more about pick up orders than those that are in person. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't have cared and said I must have caught them at a bad time, but twice in a row has put a bad taste in my mouth. I will take the extra 10 minute drive to Mexican in Camilla going forward.
