Thomson, ga wendys have the worst customer service.

I stopped by during the free honey butter biscuit promotion and was disappointed because the registers were down. I stopped by on that Saturday, service was slow but I got my biscuit. I tried another day and the cook was the only one that showed to work and they weren't open. I haven't been back since even though I really like the biscuit.

The food is good, but with no inside dinning it is a very long wait in the drive thru.

Every time I come to this place, you have to sit in drive through for 15mins before anyone take your order. They only take 1 order at a time. You have to wait until the car in front of you leaves the window before they acknowledge you’re waiting to place your order.

How come when you go to wendy's there are employees in the lobby but says they aren't open in the drive thru they say they are closed or the computer is down and this is a on going problem I love wendy's
