Service was slow, but staff was friendly and food was good.

For the most part, I love these folks and the food and service they provide. Some times, however, it seems that chicken has been sitting a good bit too long, or the fryer grease needs to be replaced. I have never been displeased with the service though!

After my family & I received our food at the drive through, I realized we needed a cup holder. So my husband got the young woman attention to ask for one. He asked her, she gave him the cup holder without looking at him & slammed the window back in his face. She already was rude before that, but that was the icing on the cake! We WILL NOT be spending our money there anymore!

All I wanted was a grilled cheese. They gave us grilled chicken. Went back inside to get it fixed. Sent us back to our car to get our receipt. Like just give me my grilled cheese I’ve been here for 30 minutes ☹ufe0f

My first time to a Zaxby's, it was nice, clean and the salad was a good portion of very fresh greens and a crispy piece of warm chicken. Recommended.
