SKIP THIS PLACE! Not only is their place filthy but their customer service is terrible. They didn’t even greet us when we walked in. In took TWO people to add caramel onto ONE sundae. This place needs to be remodeled & new staff needs to be hired. I tried to grab a quick bite here due to the greyhound stop & I took my behind to Bojangles instead. Knowing they greyhound stops right there they should conduct better business. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
In Thomson, DQ is a DQ/gas station combo! No complaints, usually no line and decent speed on ice cream type orders.nWould give a 5, but the order speaker is almost impossible to hear, or be heard, and the staff I've encountered over the last three month's have been cranky,and short.
Employees should not have friends hanging around waiting for them to get off work. Poor and untrained management girl needs to be replaced. She rude to employees. Kitchen is filthy food everywhere on floor dirty dirty itinsal area place is not worth going to
Waited in drive thru for 20 mins and no response so I decided to go inside to order and still no one even acknowledge so ended up leaving... Never stopping there again..
DO NOT STOP!! THE FILTHIEST PLACE ON EARTH!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO DOUBT THE ID CHANNEL!!!!!
