This was a poor experience overall.nnHighlights to mention a few, I got chicken tenders, they appeared to have divided a strip in to three pieces and sold it to me as 3 tenders, it was also tough and leathery unlike my common experience at a Chester's location, the general/operations manager seemed indifferent as to the extortionate use of portions to defraud his customers, in fact he served me the aforementioned strips with his own hands.nnThis was Saturday March the 6th at about 7:15 PMnnThis is not a common experience at Loves locationnnI wish I had attended to the name of the managernnThe accompanying photo is of the largest strip I received.

The Loves itself was fine. The Chester Fried Chicken inside of it was horrible. Came in around 830pm and only had a few items to choose from. Was told they would not cook anything else because they were about to close. Number one, you still got 30 minutes before you close and it's plenty enough time to cook a chicken sandwich. Number two a restaurant inside of a truck stop closing at 9 p.m. is absolutely ridiculous. Number three I settled for some chicken livers and they were absolutely horrible. You could tell they had been sitting there for a very long time. I ate a few and took the rest home and fed to my dog.

Only complaint is not enough parking! For the Love of your drivers expand the parking lot! there is more than enough neighboring available land to expand your so needed truck parking!

If it would have let me they would have gotten below one star. I'm broke down on the side of the interstate needing a belt put on. After I received a text from Love's giving me a reference number for the road call and giving me an ETA of three hours, I call the shop to see what's going on because I've been waiting four and a half hours now just to be told they weren't coming because they thought the road call was refused; but if I'm still sitting on the side of the interstate come Monday they could send someone out here. I've been on the side of the interstate for five hours now trying to get someone else to come out here. Thanks for the professionalism Love's.
