This place is terrible! If you order a shake they will say “ our shake machine is temporarily broken” The shake machine has now been broken for 4 weeks! McDonald’s can’t even get your order right ! I do not recommend this place. You are practically wasting your money!
Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I understand this is a fast food establishment, but the service is so horrific you would be better off letting a stranger order your meal because you’re going to get the incorrect order either way.nnOnce you ask for your order to be corrected, it the employees act like you are inconveniencing their next decade of existence. There are plenty of other places nearby that are locally owned and care about satisfying customers.
Food was hot, fresh, and I received it very fast and in a professional manner. That's a lot to say since I usually hate going to any McDonalds!
the customer service is great! the employee seemed pretty tired but the service was good, he was a lil slow but it fine.
This place is horrible horrible in every way. Food is 5 out of 10 horrible. Customer service is the worst worst especially the managers. Unfortunately reluctantly I returned today after bad experiences in the past just wanting breakfast sandwiches but the attitude I was greeted with was so bad. It made it all bad. I paid for food then manager slammed change back in my hand. After thinking few seconds I returned good for refund refusing to pay for bad customer service and manager didn't care at all. Her attitude got worse. This took place day after Christmas and obviously she had no Christmas spirit. I hate I have to be negative but something must give. I will follow up. Just like in past I feel like I was treated negatively due to im an African American. I was nice polite respectful and I expect same in return. Then I saw reviews and they are horrible
