Unprofessional. I’ve visited multiple times and scheduled an appointment, yet they’re never available during their office hours.
This place needs to try again!!! I signed up for a week free pass online and decided to go during my lunch. The girl at the desk told me there would be a $50+ fee for the key and I told her I thought it was gonna be free bc there was not gonna be a key or I could just come when they are staffed. So instead I did a day pass for $15 (after she called another location to figure out how to do it) and I called another location for rates... Valdosta rates are SO much better.nnI decide to discuss options and rates with her again and SHE THEN TELLS ME THERE IS A PASS WITHOUT A KEY FOR $35. This would have worked so much better for me!!!! She DID NOT offer a refund. she DID NOT offer a credit. She just continued to say she was not aware I was interested in a paid pass.... if I paid $15 for a day why didn’t you do your job and give me other options?nnSo my break was spend doing more talking and her making calls than me actually working out.
Anytime Fitness is amazing! I can workout when I want in a clean, well kept environment. The equipment is state of the art and Heather is always willing to give advice if I need help. It's worth the dollar a day for membership! Thank you AF for helping me meet my fitness goals!
