Fast and friendly. We used Caliber to fix a bumper and front end that was in a collision the week prior. On Monday morning the week of Thanksgiving, we dropped off our car expecting to see it again sometime in December. Lo and behold, on TUESDAY afternoon the next day we got a call that everything was wrapped up!! Not only was the car in perfect shape, it came back to us fully cleaned and detailed!! Mind Blown! Unreal service! I cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Caliber!
Everyone was so professional and respectful. From Missy answering the phone and talking me through the process, to Andreas checking me in and keeping me posted. Both he and Nuri made sure my car was taken care of and fixed properly. And the result was nothing less than spectacular. They even cleaned the inside! Amazing!
The staff were fantastic. Listened well to my concerns and followed thru on all work as discussed. Work was completed ahead of schedule and I received daily phone call on repair progress. Well done!

A quick decision for a local body repair shop turned into a great experience. The front desk/admin worker (I believe Missy was her name) was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The shop worker/manager (Andreas) was quite personable in our one interaction. The quality of their work and customer service is excellent, especially in the midst of pandemic restrictions. Kept me informed, were articulate and transparent, and were efficient. Would recommend and return!
