Used them many times for ordering racing products and have always been happy. Spent about $2k over the last year and a half for transponders, fittings, and piping. Last order said it was delivered but I never received it. I called to figure out where it. Delivery company said to call Pegasus to resolve or fill out a claim. Pegasus said they would have to eat the cost to resend the order and didn't want to (it was less than 70 bucks). Called them multiple times and ended up ignoring me. Bought parts else where now.
Phenomenal customer service! Asus was great to work with and gave me product knowledge that you can't get from just reading reviews. I definitely recommend going in person to try things on. Already referring friends and family to them.

I needed assistance with replacement of a fuel pump on a 40 yr old Onan generator. Tech advised me and confirmed the correct replacement. It was ordered, shipped, economy shipping was chosen. The part arrived in 26 hours from email confirmation and just in time to be installed during a power outage. Just outstanding!!!
This company stands by their service excellence. I've done two sales with one needing to be returned. The company listen to my concerns and took action. They processed my return and ship me the correct product that day with two day shipping. Was able to make race day install and on the track.
