Terrible customer service. And every other Burger king can substitute a soft drink for a milk shake with an up charge. But I was just told no I can't do that. And if you want to wait for some fast food this is your place. I gave them 2 stars cause at least the food was warm.
Love me some Burger King if all the stars are aligned. Well not today, I used the App to place my order, it would not place the actual order when I pushed the order button. The App is mostly good, some areas not user friendly and I'm technically good!nI had to order from the drive thru, when I approached the window the App gave me a confirmation number, so now the order was placed twice. So the team member at the window was totally confused on what to do. The confirmed order was not in his system, then it popped up and this really pushed him over the cliff. I politely asked him to cancel the order he took, seeing the App charged my card.nThe onion rings were cold and over salted, the rest of my order perfect. I will try again in the near future.
Just your average BK with average food and average employees delivering average service. My experience is a resounding... Average.
Staff was wonderful and the food was great. Even the new girl was super courteous
Very friendly. They never get my food wrong. I would definitely recommend anybody to go here.
