Made an Online order said order would be ready in 25min. Gave them 30mins, went to pick up food the lady on the register said it wasn’t ready she would call and tell us when the order is ready. So sat in the car waiting lady never called after a hour went by went back in and one of the lady’s said she was looking for me that was clearly a LIE I was sitting right in front of the restaurant door.. Good food but Need NEW employees who actually want to do their jobs!

The only REAL pizza in Hartwell! We have 3 other chain pizza places in Hartwell, but none even come close to New York Pizza. A little more expensive but worth every penny.

Probably the worst pizza I have single handedly ingested. I am serious when I say the pizza was miserable. The lack of flavor in the crust to the full pitted olives in the salad. The pizza lacked flavorful sauce as well prepared toppings, the lasanga tasted like bland ground beef with cheese. The salad was by far the best thing, that being said it is pretty hard to mess up a salad. I can say very easily that New York Pizza is NOT better than Digorno. They seem like nice people though, but bad bad food.

I enjoy their pizza, but not their customer service.nDo NOT order online. They don’t check it until you come in, and then blame it on a poor functioning system. If it is poorly functioning, the common sense thing to do would be disable the ability to order online. We ordered at 6pm. Supposedly a 25 minute wait. Gave them 35 minutes before stopping to pick it up. They said that it would be another 10 minutes. That we could go kill some time.nnThey didn’t offer drinks or anything for the inconvenience. Just frustrating. Probably will be the last time I can convince my husband to order from them. He doesn’t like their pizza anyway.nnReally disappointed with our customer experience.
