If you’re looking for a quick, hot meal, this isn’t the place. Someone in the family specifically asked for a new item from Wendy’s. Nearly a half hour wait at the drive thru, and our food is cold. This place needs a revamp!

Loaded a coupon for a free chicken sandwich told the guy I wanted to use it. Instead he scans my rewards and doesn't tell me it didn't work but still proceeds to charge me. No reward points, no coupon.

The service was pretty good. The main issue was the female that took my order tried to pull a fast one and up charge me for a lemonade. Instead of asking would I like a regular lemonade or a natural lemonade she charges me extra for a natural lemonade.nnThe line was very long, but it moved rather quickly. I noticed people walking out after I was in the drive thru, so dining inside is open.

I would love to give it ZERO stars. The lady at the drive thru window never greeted me she handed me my food without looking or acknowledging me. She had her mask down around her chin. I didn’t get anything straw or utensil to eat the frosty. The burgers were wrong (I wanted a plain hamburger NO cheese) I got a hamburger with cheese and everything on it. ALSO, I didn’t get my fries. I don’t understand how I could get such terrible service AND the wrong order. I will not be visiting that location or any other . I am disappointed

Today after a while I decided to stop by Wendy's because my son wanted a taco salad when I was about to order the lady told me that before proceeding with my order that they didn't have any lettuce or salads that if I still wanted to proceed with my order. I just said thank you. and end up going to zaxbys. I don't know which restaurant doesn't have lettuce in it. it wasn't a pleasant experience after so long
