The fried house salad was good but the sweet tea was bad. It didn't even taste sweet. It tasted bitter. Don't trust Zaxbys to give you sweet tea because they won't. I don't recommend it.

This Zaxby’s always comes in clutch and hardly if ever messes up my order, all the other zaxbys in gainesville or even oakwood are such a pain to go to but this one right here is IT! Super fast service and friendly staff

Sunday 3/28/2021 11:45am... Very bad today. I eat here a lot. Today fries were terrible. I've seen bigger chicken nuggets than this chicken finger. Wings were tiny. 12 dollars! It wasn't worth more than 7.00!

Average.... line is way too long for them to make mistakes the way they do, every time.nIt is small things like, unsweet tea instead of sweet tea or I paid for an extra sauce but I didn't get it. it's not worth calling n being a Karen, but it's still irritating.nit happens every time. you have to wait in line for 20 minutes that's not right.

Don't want the drink? Too bad, they'll still charge you the same amount even though you don't drink Cokes. And not even feel bad about it.
