My husband and I stopped for lunch and we were treated to some excellent barbecue. It was our first time there and I ordered the ribs. They were meaty and fall off the bone. The flavor was excellent and the rub they used was not overbearing. My husband had the pork sandwich and said it was very flavorful and the meat was tender. We both had the potato salad and it taste just like homemade. We will definitely go back.

I came here for the first time with my younger brother and we loved it. Decided to take my dad and brother again and it was just as good as it was the last time. Their ribs are so tender and just fall straight off the bone. They have an immense amount of flavor that it's just hard to stop eating them. They're baked beans are something else too. They are so delicious with small pieces of apple in them (yes I said apple) and it just makes sense. They're baked beans are the best I've ever had, and I would go back for the baked beans alone. If you enjoy BBQ and are looking for a new place to try out, go to Moonie's. You will not regret it, you'll only wish you'd found it sooner.

I came here for the first time yesterday, and it did not disappoint. Believe the hype, believe the comments, this place is the best. The ribs are super tender, their are brisket is on point, even the chicken was smoked perfectly and still juicy. As for the sides, the jalapeno mac and cheese has just the right amount of spice, the brisket chili is what you expect...nnAs for the interior, when I walked in, it looked a great shape, clean, and kept up. I was able to pick up my food and a timely manner because I ordered ahead.

Best Texas style BBQ anywhere around (arguably best brisket in Atlanta), can't recommend highly enough. You'll come for the meat and keep coming back for the excellent sides. Green beans, cream corn, jalapeño mac-n-cheese and brisket Brunswick stew are all some of the best around. If you come after 6-7pm you run the risk of them being out of ribs for the day.

The pulled pork sandwiches and Mac and cheese was good. The cole slaw tasted like soap or perfume. I believe my sandwich came with two sides but not wasn't prompted to get another. Not bad but don't think I will return
