Friendly staff. This is a chain... Surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. The ribs are on point. I really like the pulled chicken. Pulled pork is also a winner.None of the sides are worth raving about.. they're good.. standard potato salad and all. The spicy sauce is good even on a finger!

We are new to the area so want to try different rib places. We compared Shane's to Rib Country. Shane's was good, but nothing special. Rib Country is very clean, super service, better prices, and their ribs and sauces are amazing!!

It was our 1st ever visit and the lady at the register was very helpful and answered all our questions. My daughter even ordered grilled chicken but meant to order fried and they accommodated her request willingly and polite

Been twice to this locale. They are great. The food is always good. They address any issue with a smile. They allow you to sample if you ask. The peach cobbler is almost as good as my wife's.nThe Flowery Branch location is just as good. Thes6are great spots.

The service has been going down hill. My food was dripping from the bag just to realize that it was given to me like this.
