I bought a brand new 2020 Hyperlite Riot Nova through Boardco. I cracked the board on its second ride. I sent them pictures and explained my dilemma. They had a board delivered to me by that following Thursday. Even gets better, they sent the 2021 version of the same board! Kristin was awesome to deal with. I would recommend anybody to this company.
I have waited 4 months since I bought my boat before leaving this review. First they did everything in their power to help me get into the boat I wanted. Mitch guides me through the process of finding that boat with no pressure and an incredible amount of knowledge. If you haven’t seen their videos go to YouTube and check them out. These guys know their stuff. Shortly after I had a couple issues with my boat. They had it all fixed under warranty in less than 48 hours and threw in a free oil change. They also give me a discount on l the gear I buy. Their show room is awesome. They will answer any questions I have via text, email, or call and are the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. I decided to have Boardco winterize my boat this year after years of going to another shop. I asked them to please add antifreeze after draining the block/heater etc. It's an extra $20, not a problem. When I picked it up it was drained with the plugs out. I said there was a mistake, I need the plugs back in with antifreeze. There are multiple users of the boat, we have had issues in the past of losing parts and running it that way. They told me no problem, it will be an hour of labor to do that, additional cost of $120.
These guys are great. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a new or used play boat!!
Went there looking for a beginner surf board on a budget and they were so kind and gave us a great price. Highly recommend them! They made my birthday awesome!
