Lobby has been closed for 7 months and phone calls you'll spend an hour on hold before you get a person. Their online banking is outdated and it takes 3 days for electronic transfers. I'm going to be closing my accounts and moving elsewhere.nnReply to Manager: I understand not offering in bank service with COVID, but then you should have a better phone system where you don't have to wait an hour to talk to someone. The only way to request an in branch appointment is to log on to your account online--there should be a better way. Also some services just aren't offered at all and haven't been for 7 months.

Never had an issue here, even when my card was stolen. Not crazy about the lobby still being closed when every other bank has theirs open, but I understand.

I wish they'd open up bank lobby other banks are open soon people Will go to those banks i might just open another acct they're an still keep landmark see wich is better

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. Long lines are to be expected during the age of Coviid. I use online banking and bill pay weekly and have never had a issue.

It’s annoying that their ATM is part of the drive through and not separate. Line took forever and I just needed to use the ATM. Isn’t a very efficient system.
