More excuses than you can shake a stick at. The managers on duty set the precedent that they aren't concerned about customer service. Ordered twice from them and both times they failed to live up to their national service levels. First time they didn't even make the pizza and the 2nd time it took them 20min to bring the pizza out for contactless delivery. It's a shame honestly, pizza hut makes good pizza, but this location doesn't seem to understand customer service. When approached about issues, they excuses flow like water from a faucet. We wish them well, but I would never reccomend this location and we won't be patrons going forward. Way to many good pizza places locally with great service levels!

Work hard to get orders out on time. Very good at navigating online issues. I watched customers cuss them out and they handled it very professionally. Amazing staff...
Worst pizza I have eaten in years. I regularly buy frozen pizzas and those are much better than this pizza. Horrible.
